Using the records you already manage in HomePerty, you’ll be able to prepare information for your accountant or supported filing services with less manual work.

Give tenants their own space.

A dedicated tenant portal will let tenants securely access relevant rental information, view payment records and shared documents, and submit maintenance requests.

Landlords will control access, connecting each tenant to the right tenancy while keeping the rest of their portfolio private.

Q2 2028 · Tenant payment

Make rent payments easier to manage.

We plan to connect supported payment providers so tenants can pay through the portal and landlords can track payment status in HomePerty. Confirmed payments will link to the relevant tenancy and income records, reducing manual updates.

Payment methods and availability will depend on the country and provider.

Q4 2028 · Country-specific contractors

Find help closer to your property.

We plan to introduce access to local contractors for repairs and property maintenance. You’ll be able to find relevant services by location and connect contractor details to your maintenance workflow, helping you keep jobs and related expenses organised.

Coverage will grow as services become available in each country.

Q3 2029 · Country-specific rules and legislation

Keep local requirements within reach.

We plan to add country-specific guidance covering key rental responsibilities, documents and deadlines. Relevant information will be accessible alongside your property records, making it easier to understand what needs attention and when.
